• Offer a full refund or replacement if the courier accepts liability.
• Provide a partial refund or replacement part if applicable.
• Request the item to be returned before issuing a refund.

2. Returns for Incorrect Items

2.1 Reporting Incorrect Shipments: If an incorrect item is received, customers must notify AYB Endüstri.

2.2 Packaging Retention: All original packaging must be kept for verification.

2.3 Photographic Proof: AYB Endüstri may request images of the incorrect item for faster resolution.

• AYB will arrange collection and provide a replacement or full refund.
• A new item may be dispatched without requiring the return of the incorrect item.
