2. Payment Policy

2.1 Payment Requirement: Orders are only processed after full payment.

2.2 Retention of Ownership: If goods are dispatched before full payment, ownership remains with AYB Endüstri.

2.3 Unauthorized Payment Withdrawals: If payment is withdrawn after dispatch, legal action may be pursued.

2.4 Credit/Debit Card Payments: The Buyer confirms authorization for using the payment method.

2.5 Payment Authorization: Transactions require approval by financial institutions.

3. Pricing Policy

3.1 Price Confirmation: Prices at the time of order placement are applicable unless adjusted under 3.3.

3.2 VAT Inclusion: Prices include VAT unless otherwise stated.

3.3 Incorrect Pricing: If a pricing error occurs, the Buyer will be notified and may either proceed at the correct price or cancel for a full refund.

4. Order Processing & Delivery

4.1 Order Confirmation: Placing an order does not constitute a binding contract.

4.2 Seller's Rights: AYB Endüstri may decline any order before dispatch.

4.3 Delivery Timeframes: While estimated delivery times are provided, AYB Endüstri is not responsible for delays.

5. Return & Cancellation Policy

5.1 Cancellation Window: Orders can be canceled up to 30 days after delivery.

5.2 Refund Processing: Full refunds include the standard shipping fee but exclude premium delivery charges.

5.3 Return Shipping: The Buyer is responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to an error by AYB Endüstri.
