Shipping Policy

1. Order Processing & Dispatch

  • 1.1 Orders are processed and dispatched within the estimated time frame. Once dispatched, the Buyer may receive atracking number via email.
  • 1.2 If no email address is provided, Buyers must contactAYB Endüstri Customer Service for tracking details.
  • 1.3 AYB Endüstri ensures timely dispatch but is not liable forunforeseen delays caused by third parties (e.g., courier delays, customs clearance, etc.).
  • 1.4 If the Buyer does not receive adispatch notification, it is their responsibility to reach out toAYB Endüstri for updates.

2. Delivery Process

  • 2.1 AYB Endüstri partners withtrusted courier services to ensure secure and timely delivery.
  • 2.2 Once an item is dispatched,the responsibility of transit safety falls on the courier
  • 2.3 Any changes in thedelivery address must be communicated before dispatch.

3. Delayed Shipments

AYB Endüstri is not responsible fordelays caused by factors beyond its control, including but not limited to:

  • 3.1 The courier experiencing difficulties in locating the delivery address.
  • 3.2 Errors incurred by thecourier during package processing.
  • 3.3 The Buyer providing anincomplete or incorrect address.
  • 3.4 Force majeure events such asbad weather, strikes, or government regulations.
  • 3.5 It is the Buyer’s responsibility tomonitor tracking information and report any discrepancies.

4. Lost or Missing Shipments

  • 4.1 If the tracking number showsdelivered, but the item is not received, the Buyer must notifyAYB Endüstri within 48 hours.
  • 4.2 AYB Endüstri will initiate acourier investigation, which may take up to8 business days.
  • 4.3 If a package isconfirmed lost, the Buyer will be offered either:
    • Afull refund, or
    • Areplacement order (subject to stock availability).
  • 4.4 If theoriginal package is re-delivered after issuing a refund or replacement, the Buyer mustrefuse acceptance of the re-delivered item.

5. Redelivery & Address Issues

  • 5.1 If an item isreturned to AYB Endüstri due to incorrect address details or failed delivery attempts, the Buyer may be charged aredelivery fee.
  • 5.2 Buyers must ensureaccurate address details at the time of order placement.

6. Missing Items or Parts

  • 6.1 Buyers must check package contentsimmediately upon delivery.
  • 6.2 Any missing parts or items must be reported within48 hours of receiving the package.
  • 6.3 To process a claim, AYB Endüstri may require:
    • Photographicevidence of packaging and contents.
    • Proof ofinvoice or order number.
  • 6.4 Depending on the case, AYB Endüstri may:
    • Send the missing part(s) at no additional cost.
    • Offer a partial refund for the missing item.
    • Request thereturn of the package for a full replacement.

7. International Shipping

  • 7.1 International orders may be subject tocustoms fees, import duties, or VAT depending on the destination country.
  • 7.2 AYB Endüstriis not responsible for additional customs charges imposed by local authorities.
  • 7.3 International shipping times vary based ondestination and customs clearance.
